The posting

Voor een stabiele en groeiende onderneming binnen een technische en projectmatige omgeving gaat HR Mentor op zoek naar een Boekhoudkundig Medewerker.

Je komt terecht in een financieel team waar je nauw samenwerkt met een ervaren hoofdboekhouder. De functie is geschikt voor een junior profiel met een goede basiskennis boekhouding, maar ook voor iemand met enkele jaren ervaring die op termijn meer verantwoordelijkheid wil opnemen.

Je hoeft vandaag nog geen kennis te hebben van de Franse boekhouding. Deze kennis wordt intern aangeleerd en je krijgt de tijd om hierin te groeien.

De functie

  • Boekhouding & facturatie Je verwerkt en controleert aankoop- en verkoopfacturen. Je ondersteunt bij de btw-aangiftes en de dagelijkse boekhoudkundige verwerking. Je volgt de financiële administratie van verschillende vennootschappen op. Voor de finale afsluiting wordt samengewerkt met een extern boekhoudkantoor en de hoofdboekhouder
  • Financiële opvolging Je controleert facturen, bestellingen en leveringen. Je volgt betalingen, budgetten en financiële gegevens nauwgezet op. Je verzamelt de nodige informatie voor rapporteringen en administratieve verplichtingen.
  • Administratie & optimalisatie Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van documenten en dossiers. Je behandelt algemene mailboxen en eerstelijnsvragen. Je denkt mee na over het efficiënter en digitaler maken van administratieve en boekhoudkundige processen.
  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een financieel-administratieve richting, of gelijkwaardige relevante ervaring.
  • Je beschikt over een goede basiskennis boekhouding.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en graag met cijfers.
  • Je bent leergierig en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en hebt een basiskennis Frans. Een perfecte kennis van het Frans is niet nodig.
  • ervaring met exact online is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must.

Je hoeft niet meteen alle kennis in huis te hebben. Je wordt begeleid door een ervaren hoofdboekhouder en krijgt de kans om stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen, waaronder de Franse boekhouding.

Op termijn behoort een doorgroei naar Hoofdboekhouder tot de mogelijkheden. De bedoeling is vooral dat je eerst een sterke basis opbouwt en op jouw tempo groeit.
