Wat ga je doen als accountant mkb in Aalsmeer? Je geeft leiding aan de assistent accountants en bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit en planning van de dossiers en de werkzaamheden van jouw team. Ook bouw je aan duurzame klantrelaties. Dankzij jouw scherpe vragen, strategisch inzicht en warme aanpak vervul je de rol van sparringpartner, zowel zakelijk als privé. Je vindt het leuk om commercieel te denken en te kijken hoe we de klant nog beter kunnen bedienen. Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn: - Nieuwe klanten uit de mkb-sectoren aantrekken en relaties opbouwen voor jouw eigen klantenportefeuille. Samen met de relatiemanagers geef je nieuwe klanten een warm welkom. - Fungeren als trusted advisor om omvangrijke ondernemers waardevolle adviezen te geven op basis van financiële ontwikkelingen. Je signaleert en bespreekt kansen, uitdagingen en groeimogelijkheden. - Jaarrekeningen bespreken en verklaringen afgeven voor samensteldossiers - Nauw samenwerken met collega's van andere disciplines om klanten optimaal te ondersteunen.
