Als accountant maak je deel uit van een team van acht collega’s dat verantwoordelijk is voor de accounting-, rapporterings- en consolidatieprocessen van de Kaneka-activiteiten binnen de EMEA-regio.

• De functie biedt een boeiende combinatie van vennootschapsverantwoordelijkheid en procesverantwoordelijkheid. Enerzijds ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige accounting- en reportingcyclus van een kleinere groepsvennootschap. Anderzijds neem je, over verschillende groepsvennootschappen heen, het eigenaarschap op van één of meerdere financiële processen, zoals bijvoorbeeld payroll, bank accounting, expense management, etc. Hierdoor krijg je een brede kijk op onze activiteiten en draag je actief bij aan de verdere optimalisatie van onze financiële processen.

• Je werkt met moderne financiële applicaties en digitale tools, waaronder SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Power BI/Power Pivot en geavanceerde banking-oplossingen, binnen een finance-organisatie die sterk inzet op digitalisering en continue verbetering.

• Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Finance & Accounting Manager.

•Je beschikt over een bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

•Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.

•Ervaring als accountant binnen een multinational-omgeving is een plus.

•Ervaring met SAP, BI-Reporting of vergelijkbare financiële applicaties is een troef.

•Je bent een dynamische en constructieve teamspeler die samen met collega’s oplossingsgericht werkt. Je neemt initiatief, denkt kritisch mee en zoekt voortdurend naar verbeteringen.

•Je combineert een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel met een analytische mindset en een nauwkeurige werkwijze.
