Binnen een moderne en groeiende organisatie krijg je een sleutelrol in het structureren, optimaliseren en bewaken van financiële processen. De functie combineert operationele verantwoordelijkheden met procesverbetering, automatisatie en ondersteuning richting controlling en consolidatie.

  • Maandelijkse afsluiting uitvoeren voor toegewezen vennootschappen.
  • Meewerken aan de opzet en uitrol van een boekhoudkundig controlesysteem en verbeteringen implementeren.
  • Maandelijkse consolidatie voorbereiden en uitvoeren.
  • Doorrekeningen maken volgens het activity‑based‑costingprincipe en verbeteringsvoorstellen formuleren.
  • Collega’s ondersteunen bij vragen over btw, boekhoudkundige verwerking en operationele vraagstukken.
  • Automatiseringsmogelijkheden identificeren en bijdragen aan een fast‑closeproces.
  • Systemen optimaliseren, efficiëntie verhogen en medewerkers begeleiden in het gebruik van nieuwe tools.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en bereidheid om kennis te delen.
  • Resultaats- en klantgerichte mindset.
  • Proactieve houding en oplossingsgericht denken.
  • Sterk inzicht in cijfers en financiële administratie.
  • Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, bij voorkeur met afsluiting van meerdere vennootschappen of ervaring in een big‑4‑context.
  • Bachelor Accountancy‑Fiscaliteit of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Uitgebreide kennis van Excel is een pluspunt.
  • Sterke focus op structuur, kwaliteit en eigenaarschap.
