Ondanks de omvang bedient men een groot aantal prachtige klanten (ook in de controlepraktijk). Een van de eigenaren wil de bakens verzetten, waardoor er een mooie opportunity ontstaat om te participeren in dit kantoor. Geen inkoop vereist of klanten inbrengen. Het kantoor is financieel gezond en voor de juiste kandidaat liggen er prachtige kansen en mogelijkheden. Wat ga je doen als mede-eigenaar? - Jij bent nu bijvoorbeeld manager bij een wat groter kantoor, maar mist zelfstandigheid en mede-zeggenschap! - Het liefst bent woonachtig in Zuid Holland (Hoeksche Waard) en je wil je graag aansluiten bij een kwalitatief goed kantoor met twee vestigingen en met zo'n 20 collega's. Het kantoor draait prima, vaktechnisch sterk en heeft een mooie klantenkring. Het openen van een vestiging in Rotterdam behoort tot de mogelijkheden. Frisse mentaliteit, geen strakke hiërarchie en buitengewoon leuke mensen. Men levert uiteraard alle diensten die je van een accountantskantoor mag verwachten. - je richt je op het (laten) uitvoeren van controleopdrachten - Zelf behandel je een eigen klanten portefeuille: Samenstel & Advies! - je bent mede budget-verantwoordelijk en draagt zorg voor de praktijkontwikkeling - jij fungeert als aanspreekpunt en bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de controle-cliënten Waar voldoe je aan als je gaat voor Accountant RA - Partner - Dordrecht? - Je beschikt over de RA titel - AA titel is uiteraard ook voldoende, maar MET aantoonbare controle-ervaring! - Minimaal 8 - 12 jaar relevante werkervaring in een controlepraktijk. - Je hebt aangetoond over leiderschaps- en ondernemerskwaliteiten te beschikken.
