Bij FACET krijg je eindverantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om te sturen in de Randstad. Je zoekt een accountant senior vacature en dat betekent dat je al wat jaren in het vak zit. Je kent de routine van een jaarrekening, weet hoe je een klantgesprek voert en bent toe aan meer dan uitvoeren alleen. Bij FACET zoeken we juist mensen die dat laatste stapje willen zetten, van zelfstandig werken naar sturing geven aan een dossier en aan de mensen eromheen. Geen herhaling van je huidige functie elders, maar een rol waarin je invloed hebt op hoe een klant geholpen wordt. Wat het werk van een senior accountant bij ons inhoudt Als senior ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor een deel van onze klantenportefeuille. Je beoordeelt werk van collega's die net beginnen, signaleert risico's in een dossier voordat ze problemen worden en bepaalt samen met de klant welke vervolgstappen nodig zijn. Dat vraagt om vakkennis, maar minstens zo veel om rust en overzicht. Je werkt niet geïsoleerd aan je eigen stapel, je bent onderdeel van een team dat op elkaar terugvalt. Onze mix van mkb-klanten in de Randstad FACET werkt vanuit Rotterdam voor een brede mix aan mkb-ondernemingen in de Randstad. Dat betekent dat je als senior niet vastzit aan één sector of type klant. De ene week zit je bij een groeiend familiebedrijf, de andere week bij een dienstverlener die net is overgenomen.
