Voor een van de grootste vastgoedmakelaars van België, met hoofdzetel in Sint-Niklaas, zoeken we een Accountant die het financiële team versterkt. De organisatie beheert een uitgebreide vastgoedportefeuille en biedt een brede waaier aan diensten, van verkoop en verhuur tot syndic- en vastgoedbeheer.

Jouw taken

  • Boekhouding en verwerking van facturen, bank, kosten etc.
  • Maandafsluitingen en rapportering.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid voor kleinere entiteiten + btw-opvolging en procesoptimalisatie.

Jouw profiel

  • Een bachelor Accountancy Fiscaliteit met minimaal 3 jaar ervaring binnen een soortgelijke rol.
  • Vloeiende kennis van de Nederlands taal, Engels en frans zijn altijd mooi meegenomen.
  • Sterke digitale vaardigheden en ervaring met ERP-systemen en Excel.
