Zo help je ons de kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid te waarborgen en draag je bij aan het succes van onze klanten én van Modexpress. Over ons Modexpress is een snelgroeiend logistiek bedrijf met meerdere vestigingen en een breed scala aan klanten in de fashion- en lifestylebranche. Door deze diversiteit is geen dag hetzelfde en is er volop ruimte om mee te denken over processen, klantbeleving en verbeteringen. Vanwege onze groei zijn wij op zoek naar een Accountbeheerder ter versterking van ons Customer Support team. Je bent werkzaam voor de locaties Heibloemweg 10, Heibloemweg 6 en Haverdijk 5 in Helmond . Je rouleert tussen deze verschillende locaties. In deze rol werk je nauw samen met de Accountmanager, het Customer Support team, het warehouse en andere interne afdelingen om te zorgen voor een optimale afhandeling van de in- en uitgaande goederenstromen. Bij Modexpress krijg je de kans om actief bij te dragen aan klanttevredenheid, kwaliteit en het succes van onze klanten én van Modexpress zelf. Jouw belangrijkste taken Als Accountbeheerder ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen onze klanten, het warehouse en interne teams.
