Jouw rol als Accounting Assistant

Als accounting assistant zorg je voor een nauwkeurige, volledige en tijdig financiële administratie binnen jouw toegewezen dossiers. Je bent een betrouwbare schakel binnen het team en ondersteunt Advisors in hun dagelijkse werking en complianceverplichtingen.

Je werkt samen met en rapporteert aan de Senior Advisor en werkt daarnaast ook nauw samen met de Business Controller. Op termijn zijn er doorgroeimogelijkheden richting Advisor.

  • Je staat in voor een vlotte en correcte boekhoudkundige verwerking van aankopen, verkopen en financiële verrichtingen, met oog voor de geldende Belgische regelgeving en BTW-wetgeving.
  • Je beheert dossiers met behulp van moderne boekhoudsoftware en digitale tools, zodat alles efficiënt en overzichtelijk blijft.
  • Je houdt klanten- en leveranciersgegevens nauwkeurig bij en zorgt dat administratieve informatie steeds actueel is.
  • Je ondersteunt bij fiscale verplichtingen, zoals het verzamelen van documenten voor personenbelasting, het opmaken van uitbatingsrekeningen voor éénmanszaken en het opvolgen van tussentijdse resultaten.
  • Je volgt sociale bijdragen en voorafbetalingen op en dient recurrente aangiftes roerende voorheffing correct en tijdig in.

Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd. Je voelt je verantwoordelijk voor je dossiers en communiceert helder. Je bent toegankelijk, leergierig en werkt graag samen. Daarnaast wil je heel graag meegroeien in een omgeving waar vertrouwen en vooruitgang centraal staan.
