The posting

Au sein d’une PME dynamique active dans le secteur touristique, vous participez au traitement quotidien des opérations comptables et administratives. La fonction combine encodage, facturation, suivi des paiements et collaboration avec différents départements afin de garantir la fluidité des processus financiers.

  • Émettre et assurer le suivi des factures destinées aux clients, propriétaires et partenaires.
  • Participer aux opérations comptables quotidiennes dans le respect des procédures et des délais.
  • Préparer les paiements liés aux loyers, cautions, décomptes et fournisseurs.
  • Assurer le suivi des paiements, encaissements et rappels.
  • Gérer les flux administratifs et comptables entrants (factures, documents, courriers électroniques, Peppol).
  • Veiller à la qualité, à l’exactitude et à la cohérence des données comptables et administratives.
  • Répondre aux demandes liées à la facturation et aux paiements.
  • Assurer le suivi administratif des fournisseurs et partenaires, ainsi que le classement et l’archivage des documents.
  • Contribuer à la justification du dossier lors d’audit.
  • Collaborer avec les différents départements pour garantir la fluidité des opérations financières.
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus et outils du département Finance.
  • Bachelier en comptabilité ou formation équivalente.
  • Début de carrière ou première expérience en comptabilité (stage inclus).
  • Maîtrise des bases de la comptabilité générale (encodages, factures, paiements, rapprochements, TVA).
  • À l’aise avec Excel, les outils informatiques et les nouvelles technologies, y compris l’intelligence artificielle.
  • Connaissance de Business Central considérée comme un atout.
  • Rigueur, précision et méthode dans les tâches administratives et comptables.
  • Organisé(e), autonome, proactif(ve) et fiable, avec respect des échéances et de la confidentialité.
  • Esprit collaboratif, orienté solutions et service.
  • Expérience en PME ou dans le secteur du tourisme/hospitality appréciée.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français; connaissance du néerlandais et/ou de l’anglais est un plus.
  • Sensibilité pour le tourisme local, la nature et le respect de l’environnement.
