In een internationale en professionele omgeving neem je een centrale rol op binnen de financiële administratie, rapportering en optimalisatie van processen. De functie combineert operationele taken met analytische verantwoordelijkheden en strategische ondersteuning.

  • Dagelijkse boekhouding beheren en financiële transacties correct registreren.
  • Grootboek onderhouden en zorgen voor een juiste en actuele categorisering van alle boekhoudkundige verrichtingen.
  • Maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen voorbereiden, inclusief P&L, balans en cashflowrapporten, in samenwerking met externe dienstverleners.
  • Lokale boekhoudnormen en Belgische regelgeving correct toepassen.
  • Banktransacties verwerken, betalingen uitvoeren en cashflow beheren.
  • Maandelijkse bankreconciliaties uitvoeren.
  • Cashflow optimaliseren door forecasting en het opvolgen van inkomende en uitgaande betalingen.
  • Jaarbudgetten en financiële forecasts mee ontwikkelen in samenwerking met het management.
  • Budgetopvolging verzorgen en variatieanalyses uitvoeren.
  • Financiële analyses uitvoeren ter ondersteuning van beslissingen, waaronder rendabiliteitsanalyses van projecten en klanten.
  • Fiscale verplichtingen voorbereiden en indienen, zoals btw‑aangiftes en vennootschapsbelasting, in samenwerking met een externe adviseur.
  • Auditdossiers voorbereiden en contact onderhouden met externe auditors.
  • Financiële rapporten en managementsamenvattingen opstellen, inclusief cashflowupdates en prestatie-indicatoren.
  • Efficiëntieverbeteringen identificeren en kostenoptimalisaties voorstellen.
  • Invoicing ondersteunen en zorgen voor een correcte en tijdige facturatie.
  • Openstaande vorderingen opvolgen en meewerken aan collectionstrategieën.
  • Financiële softwaretools onderhouden en optimaliseren, zoals Exact, Bright of Odoo.
  • Automatisatiemogelijkheden detecteren en implementeren om processen te stroomlijnen en datanauwkeurigheid te verhogen.
  • Bachelor of master in Accounting, Finance of een gelijkaardig domein, aangevuld met 5 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring.
  • Sterke kennis van boekhoudnormen, grootboekbeheer en financiële rapportering.
  • Grondige kennis van btw, vennootschapsbelasting en payrollgerelateerde fiscaliteit.
  • Ervaring met financiële software zoals Exact, Bright of Odoo, en uitstekende Excelvaardigheden.
  • Uitstekende kennis van Engels, Frans en Nederlands.
  • Nauwkeurig, analytisch en organisatorisch sterk.
  • Proactief, betrouwbaar en comfortabel met zelfstandig werken en het beheren van meerdere prioriteiten.
  • Hoge integriteit en discretie bij het verwerken van gevoelige financiële gegevens.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om financiële informatie helder toe te lichten aan niet‑financiële stakeholders.
