In een stabiele en technisch sterke kmo met meer dan vier decennia expertise in automatisatie en toegangscontrole krijg je als Accounting & HR Officer een veelzijdige rol waarin financiële nauwkeurigheid, administratieve ondersteuning en HR‑expertise samenkomen. De organisatie werkt met een hecht team en biedt ruimte om processen verder te optimaliseren. Als Accounting & HR Officer zorg je ervoor dat zowel de financiële als de HR‑administratie vlot, correct en professioneel verlopen.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Dagelijkse verwerking van inkomende facturen.
  • Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van betalingen.
  • Boeken van bankverrichtingen en verwerken van lonen in de boekhouding.
  • Opvolgen van balansrekeningen en voorbereiden van maand‑ en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Verzorgen van btw‑aangiftes, Intrastat, Recupel en andere rapporteringen.
  • Loonadministratie uitvoeren in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat.
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor HR‑vragen rond sociale wetgeving en loon.
  • Algemeen administratief beheer verzorgen, zoals documenten, archivering, telefoon en e‑mail.
  • Vragen van klanten en leveranciers beantwoorden over facturen en betalingen.
  • Meedenken over optimalisatie van administratieve en financiële processen.
  • Nauw samenwerken met de directie en ondersteuning krijgen vanuit de financiële afdeling van de holding.

Deze functie biedt de kans om als Accounting & HR Officer een brede verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen binnen een groeiende organisatie.

  • Diploma in boekhouding, bedrijfsadministratie of gelijkwaardig.
  • Relevante ervaring in een boekhoudkundige of financieel‑administratieve functie.
  • Goede kennis van boekhoudkundige en administratieve processen.
  • Ervaring met MS Office, vooral Excel, en boekhoudsoftware.
  • Kennis van Navision of Business Central is een troef.
