Bei Veterinaria bieten wir gemeinsam im Netzwerk mit unseren Par... 1 Accounting Integration Manager (m/w/d) - Expert*innenrolle DEINE ROLLE Als Teil unseres Finance-Teams bist du die Person, die neue Kliniken in unsere Gruppe bringt - buchhalterisch, prozessual und systemseitig. Du gestaltest mit, wie wir skalieren, und hinterlässt bei jeder neuen Klinik eine Struktur, die wirklich funktioniert. Du baust das Accounting in den neuen Standorten mit auf, sorgst für einen reibungslosen Start und stellst sicher sicher, dass Konten, Prozesse, Schnittstellen nahtlos laufen.

Neben der Integration entwickelst du unsere Prozesse weiter: Wie soll die Umsatzverbuchung in sechs Monaten aussehen? Wie nutzen wir ein bestehendes Data Warehouse in der Buchhaltung optimal? Wie sieht der ideale Jahresabschlussprozess für uns aus? Gibt es Applikationen die wir optimieren oder wechseln sollen?

DEINE AUFGABEN * Vollständige Integration der Buchhaltung neuer Partnerpraxen - von Dokumentation und Datenmigration bis zur laufenden Buchhaltung (ca. 4-7 Integrationen pro Jahr) * Aktive Mitgestaltung beim Rollout neuer Systeme - aktuell mit Fokus auf Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dokumentenmanagement, Banking- und Reporting-Tools * Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung der laufenden Buchhaltung einzelner Gesellschaften (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Banken, Anlagevermögen, Abgrenzungen, Rückstellungen, USt) * Mitwirkung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach UGB sowie Konsolidierung und Überleitung auf internationale Rechnungslegungsstandards (IFRS) * Laufende Verbesserung und Automatisierung von Prozessen; Schnittstellenarbeit mit der Praxismanagement- und Branchensoftware unserer angeschlossenen Praxen

DEIN PROFIL * Mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Buchhaltungserfahrung - idealerweise in einem Unternehmen mit mehreren Standorten oder Gesellschaften, in einer Steuerberatungskanzlei oder in einer Shared-Service-Struktur * Abgeschlossene Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung, Know-How in der Konsolidierung und IFRS von Vorteil, aber kein Muss * Ausgeprägte IT-Affinität: Du arbeitest gerne mit Systemen, denkst in Prozessen und scheust dich nicht, neue Tools zu evaluieren und einzuführen * Erfahrung mit ERP-Implementierung oder -Migration - Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ist ein klares Plus, ebenso praktische Erfahrung mit eigenständigen Implementierungen oder wesentlichen Prozessverbesserungen * Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und der Antrieb, Themen aktiv voranzutreiben; ausgeprägte Teamplayer-Mentalität trotz hoher Eigenständigkeit * Solide Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
