Accounting Manager (M/V/X) - Regio Brugge

Onze klant is een internationale industriële organisatie met een sterke aanwezigheid in Europa, actief binnen de ontwikkeling en productie van geavanceerde technische componenten voor verschillende toepassingen in mobiliteit en industrie.

De Belgische vestiging speelt een belangrijke rol binnen de Europese activiteiten van de groep en combineert productie, engineering en ondersteunende functies op één site. In het kader van een recente strategische internationale integratie, wordt de financiële organisatie verder geoptimaliseerd en uitgebreid.

Om deze evolutie te ondersteunen, zoekt onze klant vandaag een Accounting Manager (M/V/X) die een sleutelrol zal spelen binnen het lokale finance team en tegelijk nauw samenwerkt met internationale stakeholders.

Functie

In deze rol combineer je operationele accountingverantwoordelijkheid met project- en transitiebeheer. Je ondersteunt de lokale financiële activiteiten en begeleidt tegelijk de overgang van boekhoudprocessen naar een nieuwe internationale Shared Service omgeving.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CFO en stuurt een Senior Accountant aan.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Accounting & Reporting

  • Verantwoordelijk voor de correcte uitvoering en opvolging van de algemene boekhouding.
  • Coördineren en ondersteunen van de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Waarborgen van compliance met BE GAAP, IFRS en interne controlevereisten (SOX).
  • Samenwerken met interne stakeholders en externe partners zoals auditors en consultants.

Transitie & Shared Services

  • Actieve rol in de overgang van boekhoudactiviteiten naar een internationaal Shared Service Center.
  • Fungeren als schakel tussen lokale finance teams en de internationale serviceorganisatie.
  • Beantwoorden van vragen rond Belgische boekhoudkundige en regelgeving.
  • Monitoren van de kwaliteit van de geleverde accountingdiensten en bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen.

Procesoptimalisatie & systemen

  • Meewerken aan de optimalisatie van financiële processen en systemen.
  • Betrokkenheid bij lopende ERP- en systeemtransities.
  • Identificeren van efficiëntieverbeteringen binnen accounting en reporting.

Team & samenwerking

  • Aansturen en coachen van een Senior Accountant.
  • Nauw samenwerken met de CFO, financial analyst en ondersteunende boekhoudprofielen.
  • Ondersteunen bij interne en externe audits.

Profiel

  • Master of bachelor in accounting, finance of economie.
  • Minstens 8 jaar ervaring in accounting, bij voorkeur binnen een internationale corporate omgeving.
  • Sterke kennis van BE GAAP, IFRS en fiscaliteit (o.a. btw).
  • Ervaring met interne controles (SOX) is een plus.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in een complexe corporate structuur en in een veranderende omgeving.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om verschillende stakeholders te verbinden.
  • Hands-on, analytisch en oplossingsgericht.
