Accounting Manager (m/v/x)

Locatie: Regio Antwerpen

Dienstverband: Voltijds

Voor een groeiende groep binnen de logistieke sector zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Accounting Manager. In deze rol ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de volledige boekhoudkundige en fiscale opvolging van meerdere entiteiten binnen de groep.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Accounting:

  • Opvolgen van de verschillende maand- en jaarafsluitingen, inclusief het opvolgen en indien nodig inboeken van voorzieningen;
  • Periodieke analyse van balans- en resultatenrekeningen;
  • Beheer van jaarafsluitingen van A tot Z en voorbereiding/coördinatie van de jaarrekeningen;
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor externe auditoren en voorbereiden van auditdossiers voor de jaarlijkse audit;
  • Coördineren van de opmaak van jaarlijkse budgetten.

Thesaurie:

  • Bewaken van de thesauriepositie van de verschillende entiteiten;
  • Beheer van bankrekeningen, volmachten en bancaire platformen.

Fiscaliteit:

  • Opvolgen van BTW-aangiftes, inclusief BTW-vertegenwoordiging en globale BTW-nummers;
  • Berekenen en opvolgen van periodieke fiscale provisies;
  • Voorbereiden en reviewen van vennootschapsbelastingaangiften;
  • Begeleiden van fiscale controles en onderhouden van communicatie met overheidsinstanties.

Teamlead:

  • Aansturen, opvolgen en coachen van het accountingteam;
  • Structureren van taken, prioriteiten en deadlines binnen het team;
  • Bevorderen van kennisdeling en professionele ontwikkeling van medewerkers.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een diploma in Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • Je hebt minimum 8 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie;
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels; kennis van het Frans is een plus;
  • Je hebt een stevige kennis van de BTW-wetgeving;
  • Je hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen en digitale accountingomgevingen;
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van vennootschapsbelasting;
  • Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en hebt oog voor detail;
  • Je bent communicatief, dynamisch en werkt graag samen met anderen;
  • Je bent een people manager met een coachende leiderschapsstijl;
  • Je bent proactief, stressbestendig en hands-on ingesteld.

Bijkomende troeven:

  • Eerdere ervaring binnen de logistieke sector;
  • Ervaring met BTW-vertegenwoordiging;
  • Affiniteit met procesverbetering en digitalisatie.
