The posting

Wil je graag aan de slag bij een dynamische en groeiende onderneming en ben je op zoek naar een boeiende job in de logistieke sector? - Konvert Interim Halle is opzoek naar een Accounting Manager!

Als Accounting Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de general accounting van de parcel-entiteit in België (inclusief payroll accounting).

Je garandeert tijdige en correcte afsluitingen, compliance met BE GAAP en (waar relevant) IFRS, beheert de fiscale en BTW-verplichtingen, en coördineert de relatie met revisoren.

Daarnaast bouw je aan sterke interne controles en processen en neem je op termijn de leiding over een team van 7 medewerkers.

Je werkt drietalig (NL/FR/EN) in een context met veel interne en externe stakeholders.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:

  • General Accounting volgens BE GAAP (kennis van IFRS is een plus)
  • Aanspreekpunt voor verloningsboekingen: interface met HR/payrollprovider, correct boeken van lonen, RSZ, bedrijfsvoorheffing, maaltijdcheques, warrants, netto-voordelen, enz.
  • periodieke BTW-aangiften, intracommunautaire opgaven, listing; opvolging van btw-boekingen en reconciliaties; goede kennis van BTW is een pluspunt.
  • Opstellen van de jaarrekening , de fiscale aangifte doen en coördineren van het auditproces
  • Coördinatie van BTW/fiscale controles en fungeren als aanspreekpunt
  • Reconciliatie van rekeningen en waarborgen van de integriteit van de financiële data
  • Deelname aan de migratie en set-up van SAP (kennis van SAP is vereist)
  • Versterking van interne controles en processen binnen de organisatie
  • Kennis van of ervaring met facturatie/klantenboekhouding is een pluspunt
  • In de toekomst ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor de leiding van het team
  • Je beheerst zowel Nederlands, Engels als Frans op een professioneel niveau
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van SAP is noodzakelijk, deelname aan een migratie naar SAP 4 HANA is een pluspunt
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring in accounting en fiscale aangiftes en BTW, idealiter binnen een internationale context
  • Je hebt een diploma in boekhouding of financiële wetenschappen is vereist
  • Je hebt het potentieel om een team aan te sturen
