Konnekt is voor een high tech internationaal bedrijf regio Brugge, op zoek naar een Accounting Manager.

Functieomschrijving

  • Verantwoordelijk voor financiële rapportering, maand- en jaarafsluitingen en de opvolging van P&L, balans, cashflow en working capital.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van budgetten, forecasts en financiële plannen.
  • Analyseren van financiële resultaten en afwijkingen en deze vertalen naar concrete businessinzichten.
  • Fungeren als financiële sparringpartner voor de Site General Manager en het lokale management.
  • Opvolgen en optimaliseren van kosten, voorraad, cashflow en working capital.
  • Bewaken van Belgische accounting- en compliancevereisten en ondersteunen bij audits en wettelijke rapporteringen.
  • Nauw samenwerken met het Shared Service Center in Roemenië rond AP, AR en General Ledger.
  • Meewerken aan procesoptimalisatie, automatisatie en finance transformation.
  • Samenwerken met internationale finance teams en operationele afdelingen zoals Supply Chain, Operations en Purchasing.
  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Finance, Accountancy, Economie of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring binnen Finance, Controlling, Accounting of Finance Management.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van financiële rapportering, analyse en cost accounting.
  • Je bent analytisch, pragmatisch en hands-on ingesteld.
  • Je communiceert vlot met zowel financiële als niet-financiële stakeholders.
  • Je hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen en Excel; SAP is een plus.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
