The posting

  • Je ondersteunt het finance team bij de dagdagelijkse boekhoudkundige en administratieve opvolging van meerdere vennootschappen.
  • Je verwerkt aankoop- en verkoopfacturen.
  • Je boekt fnanciële verrichitingen en zorgt voor een correcte voorbereiding van betalingen.
  • Je zorgt voor de opvolging van openstaande debiteuren en crediteuren.
  • Je werkt mee aan de voorbereiding van de BTW-aangiftes en fiscale verplichtingen.
  • Je biedt ondersteuning bij de maand- en jaarafsluiting.
  • Je bewaakt masterdata voor klanten en leveranciers.
  • Naast de operationele taken krijg je de kans om mee te werken aan optimalisaties binnen de financiële processen en ondersteun je de verdere digitalisering van de afdeling. Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met ervaren collega's binnen een professioneel team.
  • Je rapporteerd aan de Accounting Manager.
  • Je hebt minstens drie jaar ervaring in een accountancy-omgeving en haalde bij voorkeur een bachelor diploma
  • Je ben zeer nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je bewezen affiniteit met de boekhoudkundige en fiscale wetegving
  • Je kan snel overweg met nieuwe computersystemen; kennis van Exact Globe is een plus.
  • Je collega's omschrijven je als een echte teamplayer; iemand met een flexibele ingesteldheid die ook zelfstandig kan werken
  • Je beschikt over een analytische geest, neemt initiatief en gaat proactief te werk
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en je werkt minstens 80%
