The posting

En tant qu’Accounting Supervisor, vous contribuez à la fiabilité des opérations comptables et financières d’un hôtel lifestyle situé sur la place Rogier à Bruxelles. Vous évoluez dans un environnement dynamique où l’art, la culture belge et la qualité du service occupent une place centrale.

Vous assurez le contrôle des données, la préparation des rapports et le suivi des clôtures périodiques. Vous collaborez avec les équipes de l’hôtel et veillez au respect des procédures, à la confidentialité des informations et à une communication professionnelle.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Contrôler les chiffres, écritures et documents pour garantir leur exactitude et leur codification.
  • Organiser, sécuriser et conserver les dossiers, pièces comptables et disponibilités conformément aux procédures.
  • Enregistrer, consulter et analyser les informations financières dans les systèmes informatiques.
  • Tenir à jour les tableaux de suivi comptables et financiers.
  • Classer, coder et synthétiser les données financières dans les journaux, grands livres et logiciels.
  • Préparer et diffuser les rapports statistiques, financiers, comptables, d’audit ou de paie.
  • Effectuer les travaux et rapports de clôture périodique.
  • Préparer, contrôler, réconcilier et émettre les factures et relevés de comptes.
  • Respecter les politiques et procédures internes.
  • Préserver la confidentialité des informations et protéger les actifs de l’entreprise.
  • Veiller à la sécurité des données des clients et des collaborateurs.
  • Répondre aux demandes des clients de manière professionnelle et dans les délais.
  • Assurer une communication claire par téléphone, par e-mail et dans les documents écrits.
  • Collaborer avec les collègues pour atteindre les objectifs communs.
  • Réaliser les autres tâches raisonnables confiées par les responsables.
  • Un bachelier en comptabilité, finance ou dans un domaine similaire, ou une expérience professionnelle équivalente, constitue votre base.
  • Au moins deux à trois ans d’expérience en comptabilité sont requis, idéalement dans l’hôtellerie.
  • Les systèmes comptables et PMS vous sont familiers ; la connaissance d’Opera représente un atout.
  • Une maîtrise avancée d’Excel est attendue.
  • L’anglais et le français sont maîtrisés couramment.
  • Précision et esprit analytique caractérisent votre travail.
  • Le respect des délais fait partie de vos priorités.
  • Un environnement hôtelier dynamique, avec des priorités évolutives, vous convient.
  • La connaissance du secteur de l’hospitalité constitue un plus.
