Binnen deze omgeving speelt finance een belangrijke rol in de ondersteuning van de verschillende entiteiten en de verdere professionalisering van financiële processen.

Je maakt deel uit van een gedreven financeomgeving waarin je samenwerkt met verschillende financiële specialisten. Door de combinatie van accounting en treasury krijg je inzicht in uiteenlopende financiële processen en werk je mee aan projecten die impact hebben op de bredere organisatie. Het moderne kantoor in regio Kortrijk biedt een aangename werkomgeving waar samenwerking en kennisdeling centraal staan.

Jobomschrijving

Als Accounting & Treasury Officer verdeel je jouw tijd ongeveer gelijk over accounting en treasury. Je werkt nauw samen met de Finance Manager en de Head of Treasury en ondersteunt de financiële opvolging van verschillende corporate entiteiten binnen de groep.

Je functie combineert operationele verantwoordelijkheid met analyse, rapportering en procesoptimalisatie. Je kijkt dus niet alleen naar de cijfers, maar denkt ook actief mee over hoe financiële processen efficiënter en kwalitatiever kunnen verlopen.

Accounting

  • Je analyseert bewegingen op balans- en resultatenrekeningen en verklaart de onderliggende financiële evoluties.
  • Je ondersteunt de accountingopvolging van verschillende corporate entiteiten en bewaakt de kwaliteit van financiële gegevens.
  • Je werkt mee aan maand- en jaarafsluitingen, auditvoorbereidingen en financiële rapporteringen.
  • Je ondersteunt de groepsrapportering en non-statutaire accounting, waaronder complexere onderwerpen zoals IFRS 16.
  • Je volgt de doorrekening van corporate kosten naar verschillende businessunits mee op.
  • Je denkt na over efficiëntere manieren om financiële gegevens te verzamelen, verwerken en rapporteren.

Treasury

  • Je volgt de cash- en liquiditeitspositie van de internationale groep op.
  • Je ondersteunt de uitvoering van treasurybetalingen en werkt mee aan cash forecasting.
  • Je verzorgt treasuryrapporteringen voor de CFO en het management.
  • Je helpt bij de optimalisatie van werkkapitaal en financiering, onder meer via factoringprogramma's en cashpools.
  • Je volgt intercompanyfinancieringen op en beheert de bankadministratie, waaronder bankrekeningen, mandaten en garanties.
  • Je wordt betrokken bij financiële projecten, zoals herfinancieringen en M&A-transacties.

Procesoptimalisatie en finance transformation

  • Je detecteert mogelijkheden om financiële processen te standaardiseren, automatiseren en digitaliseren.
  • Je werkt mee aan projecten rond finance transformation, met aandacht voor BI- en AI-toepassingen.
  • Je voert ad-hocanalyses uit ter ondersteuning van finance en management.
  • Je ondersteunt auditors bij vragen over financiële gegevens en rapportering.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een analytische financeprofessional die graag verschillende financiële domeinen combineert en interesse heeft in de verdere ontwikkeling van moderne financeprocessen.

  • Je behaalde een masterdiploma in een financiële richting, of een bachelordiploma aangevuld met enkele jaren relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens een eerste relevante ervaring binnen accounting, treasury, controlling, audit of consulting.
  • Je bent sterk in cijferanalyse en kunt financiële bewegingen kritisch beoordelen en helder verklaren.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en met oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Je voelt je thuis op het kruispunt van accounting, treasury, financiële rapportering en procesoptimalisatie.
  • Je hebt interesse in digitalisering, automatisering en de toepassing van nieuwe technologieën binnen finance.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van Excel. Ervaring met ERP-systemen is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met Power BI of AI-tools is mooi meegenomen, maar vooral jouw interesse om hierin bij te leren is belangrijk.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.

Je bent iemand die verder kijkt dan de cijfers alleen en graag meedenkt over hoe financiële processen beter kunnen. Daarbij combineer je een analytische ingesteldheid met een hands-on mentaliteit en de motivatie om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.
