Bij ons kun je terecht voor contentcreatie, trainingen, support en consultancy. Alles is mogelijk! Wij zijn een kennishuis dat jou volledig ondersteunt en helpt groeien. Als Accountmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de aantal klanten van ITYM. Je denkt mee met de klanten en investeert en allerlei manieren in de relatie met hen. Je geeft advies over hoe zij hun omzet en kwaliteiten kunnen verbeteren of kosten kunnen besparen door de inzet van de producten of diensten van ITYM. Jij als accountmanager bent van essentieel belang om klanten te binden. • Relatiebeheer • Accounts in kaart brengen • Verkoopplannen opstellen • Netwerken en opbouwen van zakelijke relaties • Werven van nieuwe klanten • Verkopen van diensten en producten • Onderhandelen Wie ben jij • HBO werk- en denkniveau • Gemotiveerd, ambitieus en enthousiast • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal • Ervaring met het onderhouden van netwerken en zakelijke relaties • Oplossingsgericht en oog voor detail • Bij alles dat je doet, ben je klantgericht zonder het belang van ITYM uit het oog te verliezen • Proactieve houding en het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken • Stressbestendigheid en het vermogen om verschillende ballen hoog te houden Wij bieden • Een veelzijdige functie in een snelgroeiende IT organisatie • Een marktconform salaris en goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden • Een prettige werkomgeving met gemotiveerde collega's • Mogelijkheden om certificeringen te behalen • Teamuitjes om elkaar beter te leren kennen • Reisvergoeding of een NS Business card Ben jij dé persoon voor deze functie?
