Je helpt organisaties binnen onder andere bouw, infra, installatietechniek, energie en maritiem aan technisch talent: van werkstudenten tot young professionals die aan het begin van hun carrière staan. Als Accountmanager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële kant. Je legt contact met nieuwe organisaties, ontdekt waar zij tegenaan lopen in hun personeelsbezetting en bouwt deze contacten uit tot langdurige samenwerkingen. Samen met recruitment zorg je er vervolgens voor dat de juiste technische kandidaten op de juiste opdrachten terechtkomen. Je krijgt een eigen markt waarin je actief relaties opbouwt en commerciële kansen ontwikkelt. Dat betekent dat je niet alleen bestaande klanten beheert, maar juist ook zelf de telefoon pakt, nieuwe deuren opent en werkt aan het uitbreiden van je portefeuille. Wat ga je concreet doen? - Je benadert nieuwe opdrachtgevers binnen verschillende technische sectoren en bouwt deze contacten uit tot samenwerkingen; - Je spreekt met bedrijven over hun personeelsvraagstukken en achterhaalt welk technisch profiel zij daadwerkelijk nodig hebben; - Je vertaalt die behoefte naar een concrete opdracht waar recruitment mee aan de slag kan; - Je werkt nauw samen met recruiters om technische werkstudenten en young professionals aan passende opdrachten te koppelen; - Je blijft betrokken bij geplaatste kandidaten en opdrachtgevers en voert voortgangs- en evaluatiegesprekken; - Je signaleert nieuwe vacatures en uitbreidingsmogelijkheden bij bestaande klanten; - Je houdt overzicht over je eigen commerciële pijplijn en resultaten in het CRM; - Je denkt mee over welke technische se...
