The posting

Voor een Belgisch IT bedrijf met hoofdkantoor in Kontich zijn we op zoek naar een accountmanager voor de regio Kempen met ervaring in IT services. Deze onderneming is gespecialiseerd in cloudoplossingen, managed services, IT-security en consultancy. Zo kunnen ze hun klanten (middelgrote en grote bedrijven) ondersteunen in hun beheer, beveiliging en optimalisatie van hun IT omgeving.

Als accountmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor volgende zaken.:

  • Onderhouden en verder uitbouwen van je klantenportefeuille
  • Op zelfstandige wijze zorg je voor de uitbouw van een uitgebreid klantenbestand in de Kempen. Hiervoor zorg je voor een continue sales pipeline waarbij je rekening houdt met korte en lange sales processen.
  • Behandelen van binnenkomende leads
  • Onderhandelen over korte en lange termijncontracten. Deze sluit je uiteindelijk succesvol af.
  • Relaties uitbouwen met prospecten die op lange termijn interessant kunnen zijn voor de onderneming. Zo zet je zowel jezelf als de onderneming constant als een sterke speler in de markt.
  • Deelnemen aan bedrijfsevents enerzijds langs klantenzijde, anderzijds aan consultantzijde om zo langs beide kanten vinger aan de pols te houden
  • Nauwe samenwerking met verschillende business units binnen de onderneming om zo aan up- en cross selling te kunnen doen

Gezocht profiel

  • Zeer sterkte communicatieve en netwerking skills. Je kan makkelijk schakelen tussen alle niveaus binnen een onderneming (CxO level, zaakvoerders, IT management, IT medewerkers,…)
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een (key)accountmanagement functie of business development binnen in de wereld van IT & Managed services
  • Gedreven onderhandeling skills
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels
