Accountmanager Vcreations Vcreations is op zoek naar een Accountmanager - Fulltime - HBO Wat ga je doen? Als accountmanager ga je onze klanten helpen aan online succes. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor ons klantenbestand en wordt de contactpersoon. Je mag klantvragen behandelen, zal doorvragen om te achterhalen waarmee je kan helpen en komt met oplossingen. Daarnaast mag jij als accountmanager onze klanten helpen om de verkochte (SaaS) producten te implementeren. Dit doe je met simpele software configuraties. Kort gezegd: jij zal onze klanten ontzorgen en zorgen voor een goede klantbeleving. Die vinden we namelijk erg belangrijk. Wat vragen wij? Er is een accountmanager gezocht in de omgeving van Utrecht met minimaal HBO werk en denkniveau. Het liefst in de richting van bedrijfseconomie of CMD. Wij zoeken iemand met 2 jaar ervaring in een commerciële functie en iemand die online activiteiten interessant vindt. Als accountmanager vinden we het belangrijk dat je makkelijk contacten legt, dat je sociaal bent en communicatief sterk bent. Daarnaast houden wij van een commerciële mindset.
