Als accountmanager sta je in voor het beheren van jouw klantenportefeuille en het gaan verkennen van nieuwe groeimogelijkheden in diverse markten binnen de jouw toegewezen regio (België, UK en Scandinavië).

  • je bent de schakel tussen het bedrijf en de klanten en prospecten met wie je proactief lopende dossiers bespreekt en nieuwe kansen identificeert;
  • je beheert en breidt een bestaande klantenportefeuille uit met het oog op het opbouwen van een sterke en langdurige relatie;
  • je verkent nieuwe opportuniteiten en houdt hierbij rekening met de verscheidenheid aan toepassingsmogelijkheden binnen verschillende markten;
  • je volgt het dossier op, maakt offertes op, bespreekt dit met de klant en zorgt voor een proactieve opvolging;
  • je werkt samen en overlegt met interne teams met het oog op de haalbaarheid van het dossier;
  • als sales persoon streef je ambitieuze KPI's na om verdere groei te garanderen.
  • je bent in het bezit van minimum een bachelordiploma;
  • je kan een gedegen (min. 3 jaar) ervaring voorleggen in een externe sales functie binnen een (technische) B2B-omgeving;
  • je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden en een technische affiniteit waardoor je complexe uitdagingen weet aan te pakken en oplossingen weet aan te brengen;
  • je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden waarmee je klanten weet te adviseren en te binden met de focus op lange termijn relaties;
  • naast het Nederlands heb je een goede kennis van het Engels en Frans, een extra taal is een waardevolle aanvulling;
  • ook intern ben je een vlotte communicator om af te stemmen met verschillende interne afdelingen ter opvolging van jouw dossiers;
  • je bent 30% van jouw tijd extern, waaronder ook buitenlandse verplaatsingen.
