Ben jij commercieel ingesteld, klantgericht en klaar om je carrière in sales te lanceren? Voor onze afdeling Independent Sales zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Accountmanager die mee wil bouwen aan duurzame klantrelaties én groei binnen een dynamische FMCG‑omgeving.

Wat is jouw rol?

  • Je beheert een portfolio van onze klanten. Je bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt en zorgt ervoor dat alle commerciële activiteiten – van offertes tot logistieke opvolging – vlot verlopen.
  • Je ontwikkelt actief nieuwe relaties met (potentiële) klanten, analyseert de klantenbehoefte en detecteert commerciële kansen.
  • Ook bouw je bestaande klantenrelaties verder uit, spot je groeikansen en werk je actief mee aan strategische initiatieven die omzet en winstgevendheid vergroten.
  • Je volgt trends en evoluties in de markt op en speelt hier op in.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's uit verschillende afdelingen om te begrijpen wat de klant nodig heeft en hoe we hen de beste oplossingen kunnen bieden.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor denk- en werkniveau
  • Je kan terugkijken op een uitgebreide saleservaring, bij voorkeur ook met affiniteit in FMCG
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, commercieel- en klantgericht
  • Je beschikt over overtuigingskracht en sterke onderhandelingsskills
  • Je acteert proactief en gaat uit van een sterke verantwoordelijkheidszin
  • Naast je resultaatgerichtheid, ben je ook analytisch sterk en neem je dit mee in je commerciële klantstrategie
  • Je bent vlot in het Nederlands en beschikt over een goede kennis Frans en Engels
