Dit ga je doen - Jij pakt het gehele proces op van A tot Z , je zoekt actief naar de beste kandidaten via diverse kanalen en voert intakegesprekken om te bepalen wie de perfecte match is. - Je zorgt voor nieuwe klanten door middel van acquisitie en biedt hen jouw kandidaten proactief aan. - Je bouwt en onderhoudt een sterke relatie met zowel je klanten als je uitzendkrachten.
