Je bezoekt klanten, geeft deskundig advies en zorgt dat projecten soepel verlopen. Wat ga je doen? Als Accountmanager bij BMN ben jij de schakel tussen klant en organisatie. In jouw regio vertegenwoordig je BMN en ben je het gezicht voor zowel zzp'ers als MKB-aannemers. Jij bouwt aan duurzame relaties, denkt mee met projecten en zorgt dat klanten keer op keer voor BMN kiezen. Je krijgt een bestaande klantenportefeuille. Tegelijkertijd ligt er volop ruimte om deze verder uit te bouwen. In het begin ligt de nadruk meer op sales en acquisitie; daarna verschuift de focus steeds meer naar relatiebeheer en verdieping. Je begrijpt wat klanten nodig hebben soms nog voor ze het zelf weten en vertaalt dit naar passende oplossingen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor jouw eigen regio en runt deze als een ondernemer binnen BMN. Verder houd jij je bezig met: - Je combineert relatiebeheer met (koude) acquisitie, met in het begin meer focus op new business - Je signaleert kansen in de markt en zet deze om in concrete opdrachten - Je adviseert klanten over bouwmaterialen, toepassingen en logistiek - Je coördineert het volledige verkoopproces: van eerste contact tot aftersales - Je werkt nauw samen met de binnendienst en vestigingsmanager om klanten optimaal te bedienen - Je plant je eigen agenda: 4 dagen buiten, 1 dag administratie/offertes/voorbereidingen Jouw team Je komt terecht in een hecht en nuchter team: - 8 collega's op de binnendienst - 3 vertegenwoordigers (buitendienst) - Verschillende productspecialisten - 1 vestigingsmanager Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat klanten niet alleen geholpen worden, maar echt verder komen.
