Bij Zenda help je IT'ers aan opdrachten waar ze kunnen groeien en help je opdrachtgevers aan professionals die het verschil maken. Jij bent degene die die match creëert. Met gesprekken, koffie, humor, doorvragen, initiatief en ja… acquisitie hoort er ook bij. Maar vooral met oprechte interesse in mensen. Ervaring in accountmanagement of detachering is mooi meegenomen, maar niet verplicht. Als je ondernemend bent, snel schakelt en niet bang bent om initiatief te nemen, dan sluit je hier perfect aan. Locatie: Neerduist 5, Bunschoten Dienstverband: Fulltime (36-40 uur) Salaris: 2.600 - 4.250 (afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring) + bonussen Vakantie: 29 vakantiedagen aangevuld met 2 mogelijke bonusdagen Extra's: Leaseauto + tankpas, laptop, mobiel & toffe teamuitjes Wat ga je doen? Je combineert sales met resourcemanagement. Dat betekent dat je nieuwe klanten binnenhaalt en ervoor zorgt dat IT-professionals op een opdracht terechtkomen die echt bij ze past. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen mens en klant. Je ziet kansen, je pakt ze en je bouwt aan een portefeuille die op den duur zomaar jouw eigen toko kan worden. Je: - belt, mailt, luncht en netwerkt met (potentiële) opdrachtgevers - zoekt actief naar opdrachten voor onze IT'ers - bouwt lange termijn relaties op met professionals en klanten - denkt mee over nieuwe kansen binnen Zenda - krijgt de ruimte om jouw accounts te runnen alsof ze van jou zijn - je bent ondernemend en ziet kansen waar anderen ze missen - je bent proactief, zelfstandig e...
