Wij streven er dan ook naar om DE entiteit te zijn op het gebied van hybride platformen. Missie van de rol De missie van onze accountmanager is om sterke en duurzame relaties op te bouwen en te onderhouden met de klanten van HCS en daarmee de verkoop van de diensten en producten van HCS, te bevorderen. - FTE: Fulltime - Tijdsduur: Onbepaalde tijd - Locatie: Amsterdam, maar vanaf november in Utrecht! Kernactiviteiten - wat ga je vooral doen? - Ontwikkelen van nieuwe klanten; - Onderhouden van klantrelaties; - Het identificeren van verkoopkansen waarbij je de markt analyseert, om kansen te ontdekken en een strategie te ontwikkelen om deze kansen te benutten; - Uitbreiden van verkoop bij bestaande klanten, upselling en cross-selling van aanvullende diensten en producten. Hiervoor werk je ook samen met de salesteams van de andere Tribes; - Opstellen van offertes en contracten; - Bijhouden van de verkoopresultaten; - Samenwerken met andere collega consultants om de klant optimaal te bedienen en de organisatie voor te bereiden op nieuwe ontwikkelingen bij die klant. - Samenwerken met onze open source partners om de klant optimaal te bedienen - Schakelen tussen commerciële klanten en overheidsorganisaties is voor jou geen probleem! Belangrijkste resultaten - Sterke klantrelaties, duurzaam en loyaal waarbinnen open gecommuniceerd kan worden; - Klanttevredenheid, wij zijn pas blij als zij dat zijn; - Effectieve communicatie, de klant weet wat wij kunnen en bieden en waar wij ontwikkelen en vice versa; - Strategische accountplannen, het maximaliseren van de waarde voor zowel de klant, als HCS.
