Als Accountmanager ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen onze klanten en onze technische expertise. Je begeleidt projecten vanaf het allereerste contactmoment en bouwt langdurige samenwerkingen uit. Dankzij jouw combinatie van commerciële scherpzinnigheid en technische kennis weet je exact wat klanten nodig hebben en hoe je dit vertaalt naar oplossingen die écht werken.

Wat houdt jouw rol in?

In deze functie:

  • Leg je actief contact met architecten, projectontwikkelaars en andere belangrijke spelers binnen de bouw- en vastgoedsector.
  • Denk je mee met klanten tijdens de ontwerpfase en begeleid je hen doorheen de uitvoering van hun project.
  • Werk je nauw samen met de calculator om ideeën om te zetten in haalbare, doordachte voorstellen.
  • Ben je verantwoordelijk voor de regio Oost- en West-Vlaanderen.
  • Rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de verantwoordelijke van jouw regio.
  • Een bacheloropleiding bouwkunde of een gelijkwaardige achtergrond.
  • Ervaring in het uitbouwen en onderhouden van een professioneel netwerk binnen vastgoed of projectontwikkeling.
  • Een sterk organisatorisch talent dat creatief meedenkt met klanten.
  • Een communicatieve aanpak die verbindt en helderheid brengt, op elk niveau.
  • Precisie, zelfstandigheid en een uitgesproken focus op kwaliteit.
  • Een teamgerichte mindset, met veiligheid als absolute prioriteit.
