Als Accountmanager bij Royal A-ware in Almere krijg je verantwoordelijkheid voor bestaande samenwerkingen en commerciële groei. Vanuit het hoofdkantoor van onze cheese divisie werk je dicht op de business, met korte lijnen en veel ruimte voor initiatief. Wat ga je doen? Jij start je dag met een blik op wat er bij jouw klanten speelt. Waar liggen kansen, welke afspraken vragen aandacht en hoe kunnen we samen verder groeien? Je schakelt rechtstreeks met retailklanten en intern met verschillende afdelingen. Daarbij combineer je commercieel denken met een praktische aanpak. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: • Ontwikkelen en versterken van klantrelaties; • Onderhouden van contact met retailaccounts; • Signaleren van commerciële kansen; • Uitwerken van klantstrategieën en groeikansen; • Coördineren van operationele klantafspraken; • Samenwerken met verschillende interne afdelingen. Je werkt binnen een accountteam van vier collega's. Dat betekent snel schakelen, verantwoordelijkheid pakken en ideeën niet eindeloos laten liggen. Waar ga je werken? Jij werkt op ons hoofdkantoor in Almere, het hart van onze cheese divisie. Hier wordt alles rondom onze kaasproductie geregeld. Afdelingen hebben hun eigen plek, maar de deuren staan open en collega's zoeken elkaar makkelijk op. Ook tijdens de gezamenlijke lunch in onze grote kantine. Royal A-ware is een internationaal familiebedrijf met een historie van meer dan 130 jaar. We maken onder andere kaas, dagverse zuivel, room, tapas en melkpoeder.
