Als Accountmanager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor onze dienstverlening bij een grote opdrachtgever in de logistiek. Samen met jouw coördinator zorg je ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt - van personeelsplanning en huisvesting tot transport en klantcommunicatie. Jij bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor de klant. Dagelijks heb je contact met de planners van de klant en werk je nauw samen met je collega's van recruitment en operatie om alles soepel te laten verlopen. Je houdt overzicht over de dagelijkse gang van zaken, maar kijkt ook vooruit: je signaleert kansen, denkt strategisch mee en bouwt stap voor stap aan de groei van B2Works. Jouw functie - Beheren van de dagelijkse planning en personeelsinzet, waarbij je rekening houdt met transport, werktijden en huisvesting - Onderhouden van contacten met de klant over de dagelijkse operatie, toekomstige planning en kansen voor verdere groei - Coördineren van processen en samenwerken met de recruitmentafdeling, zodat aanvragen op tijd en met de juiste flexmedewerkers ingevuld worden - Begeleiden en coachen van de coördinator en de flexmedewerkers - Monitoren van KPI's en proactief verbeteracties uitvoeren - Zorgen voor een goed verloop van de processen rondom huisvesting, vervoer en administratie - Actief bijdragen aan de verdere versterking van de klantrelatie en aan het benutten van kansen bij jouw klanten - In de toekomst: uitbreiding van jouw klantenportefeuille met meerdere klanten Dit...
