Over de functie Als Accountmanager in Breda speel jij een sleutelrol binnen het salesteam. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en ondersteunt bij het volledige verkoopproces. Je verwerkt orders, stelt offertes op, volgt deze proactief op en zorgt dat de administratieve afhandeling vlekkeloos verloopt. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van verschillende afdelingen en denkt actief mee over commerciële kansen en verbeteringen. Op een gemiddelde werkdag ben je veel in contact met klanten via telefoon en e-mail. Je beantwoordt vragen, adviseert over producten en diensten, en weet commerciële kansen te signaleren en te benutten. Je verwerkt inkomende bestellingen, maakt prijsvoorstellen en zorgt dat facturen correct verzonden worden. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij het opstellen en opvolgen van offertes en werk je samen met het team om klanttevredenheid te waarborgen. Ben jij een echte aanpakker, klantgericht en communicatief sterk?
