In deze functie bouw je aan langdurige klantrelaties, haal je nieuwe klanten binnen en krijg je volop ruimte om jezelf commercieel verder te ontwikkelen. Wat ga je doen? Als accountmanager ben jij het commerciële aanspreekpunt voor zakelijke klanten. Je adviseert klanten, stelt offertes op en begeleidt het volledige orderproces. Daarnaast ben je actief bezig met het benaderen van nieuwe klanten en het uitbreiden van het klantenbestand. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - adviseren van bestaande en nieuwe zakelijke klanten; - opstellen en actief opvolgen van offertes; - begeleiden van het volledige ordertraject; - onderhouden en uitbouwen van klantrelaties; - signaleren en benutten van commerciële kansen; - benaderen van potentiële klanten binnen de markt van lichte elektrische voertuigen; - opbouwen en beheren van een commerciële pipeline; - begeleiden van nieuwe klanten tijdens de onboarding; - afstemmen met Customer Service, Productie en Kwaliteit; - bijhouden van het CRM-systeem; - opstellen van forecast- en pipelinerapportages.
