Je bent een strategische gesprekspartner voor jouw klanten en zorgt ervoor dat hun beveiligingsvraagstukken, risico's en veranderende behoeften worden vertaald naar passende oplossingen en dienstverlening. Dit ga je doen In deze rol ligt de nadruk niet op traditionele sales, maar op het creëren van langdurige partnerships. Je leert jouw klantenorganisatie goed kennen, luistert actief naar hun uitdagingen en denkt mee over hoe veiligheidsrisico's kunnen worden beheerst en beveiligingsdoelstellingen kunnen worden gerealiseerd. Je klantenportefeuille omvat een grote diversiteit aan klanten uit verschillende segmenten in het gebied van Zuid-Holland tot aan West Brabant. Voor deze rol geldt een omzetrichtlijn van 9 à 10 miljoen euro. Daarnaast ben je bezig met: - Het opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke relaties met interne en externe stakeholders - Het signaleren van risico's, ontwikkelingen en kansen binnen de klantomgeving en deze vertalen naar concrete oplossingen. - Het uitvoeren van analyses van klantbehoeften en het ontwikkelen van accountstrategieën die bijdragen aan klanttevredenheid, continuïteit en groei. - Het verder ontwikkelen van bestaande klantcontracten door middel van een consultatieve benadering. - Het realiseren van retentie, cross- en upsell vanuit de behoefte van de klant. - Budgettering, indexering, analyses en rapportages van klanten ( - Het voeren van tactische en strategische klant overleggen. -...
