Als Accountmanager bij Stiek begeleid je technisch talent naar een passende baan, bouw je aan sterke klantrelaties en krijg je volop ruimte om je eigen netwerk verder uit te breiden. Wat mag je van ons verwachten? - Een salaris tussen €3.000 en €4.500 bruto per maand; - Een auto van de zaak; - 25 vakantiedagen, met de mogelijkheid om dagen bij te kopen, én pensioenopbouw; - Een laptop en telefoon van de zaak; - Opleidingen, cursussen en doorgroeimogelijkheden; - Iedere dag een verzorgde lunch op kantoor; - Gezellige teamuitjes en vrijdagmiddagborrels; - Een werkplek bij het leukste kantoor van Alkmaar.

Wat ga je doen als Accountmanager? Als Accountmanager begeleid je het volledige proces rondom plaatsingen. Je werkt met kandidaten én klanten, denkt mee over personeelsvraagstukken en ziet commerciële kansen. - Je screent kandidaten, voert intakegesprekken en begeleidt hen tijdens het sollicitatieproces; - Je adviseert kandidaten over hun carrière en gaat mee naar gesprekken bij klanten; - Je beheert de online vacatures; - Je bouwt en onderhoudt klantrelaties en denkt mee over personeelsvraagstukken; - Je voert contractonderhandelingen en rondt plaatsingen af; - Je blijft betrokken bij onze technici en ondersteunt hen bij loopbaan-, opleidings- en HR-vragen; - Je bouwt aan je netwerk, doet aan acquisitie en benadert nieuwe klanten.

Wat breng je mee Je bent commercieel ingesteld, nieuwsgierig naar wat mensen drijft en kunt goed luisteren en doorvragen. Daarnaast breng je mee: - Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding; - 1 tot 4 jaar werkervaring, bij voorkeur als Recruiter of Accountmanager; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; - Je bent fulltime beschikbaar.
