Kom bij ons werken als (aankomend) Specialist groenten/retail (accountmanager) Aanbod en vraag matchen, dienstverlening en specificaties waarborgen, de flow bewaken. De situatie: Je krijgt een bestaande supermarktklant toebedeeld. Stap voor stap leer jij de klantorganisatie, de functionarissen, alle wensen, specificaties, processen en werkwijzen kennen. En je leert 'je' telers/leveranciers kennen, hoe ze communiceren, hoe ze zijn/doen, wat (bijna) vanzelf goed gaat en waarin je bij moet sturen. Je zou bijna zeggen dat je als accountmanager een commerciële functie vervult. Maar voor 90% is het 'gewoon': voortdurend bestellingen aannemen, interpreteren, daar alles voor regelen, afstemmen, organiseren en controleren. Aandacht geven aan alle details, bewaken dat het allemaal goed gaat, fouten vermijden en voorkomen dat er hiaten ontstaan. Is dat leuk? Nou, het is vooral heel alert zijn, opletten, verbanden leggen en vooruitdenken. En ja: als het dan allemaal de hele week gaat zoals bedoeld, dan voelt dat goed. En als mensen in de organisatie van je klant jóu bellen in plaats van hun directe collega die ergens over gaat, dan is dat top! Want ze bellen jou omdat ze weten dat jij hen sneller en met het juiste antwoord informeert: een prachtig compliment dat jij als kenner hiermee krijgt.
