Je bent er goed in omdat je snapt hoe een bedrijf werkt, waar het schuurt, en wat er dan moet gebeuren. Dat is precies het gesprek dat je hier voert: met webshopondernemers die zelf hebben aangeklopt, en die je binnen een half uur laat zien waar hun proces geld en tijd kost. Over de organisatie Je gaat aan de slag bij een volwassen techbedrijf dat software ontwikkelt voor zakelijke klanten. De organisatie heeft een stevige basis en blijft tegelijkertijd volop investeren in verdere groei, productontwikkeling en nieuwe markten. Je werkt in een nuchtere, informele omgeving met korte lijnen en weinig hiërarchie. Collega's werken nauw samen, krijgen veel verantwoordelijkheid en hebben volop mogelijkheden om zich binnen de organisatie verder te ontwikkelen. Cultuur: korte lijnen en weinig hiërarchie. De directeur is gewoon aanspreekbaar en beslissingen worden snel genomen. De sfeer is informeel, met onder andere vrijmibo's en tafeltennis, maar de commerciële doelen zijn duidelijk.
