Jouw functie als Accountmanager Affinity Als Accountmanager Affinity stimuleer je de groei van ons Affinity-kanaal door bestaande samenwerkingen en duurzame relaties met beroepsgroepen, federaties, partnerorganisaties en hun leden te versterken. Je detecteert nieuwe commerciële kansen, realiseert up- en cross-sell binnen de bestaande portfolio en ontwikkelt innovatieve verzekeringsprogramma’s die aansluiten bij de behoeften van Affinityklanten en hun leden. Zo bouw je actief mee aan de verdere groei en toegevoegde waarde van ons Affinity-verhaal. Je rapporteert aan de Sales & Development Manager Affinity en werkt nauw samen met Affinitypartners, klanten, verzekeraars en interne diensten, waaronder een gespecialiseerd back-office team voor administratieve ondersteuning en dagelijks beheer.

  • Masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring, bij voorkeur aangevuld met een attest PCP of VVD
  • Stevige en relevante ervaring binnen professionele verzekeringen; ervaring met Affinity-programma’s is een sterke troef
  • Sterke commerciële drive, gecombineerd met een analytische en gestructureerde aanpak
  • Overtuigende gesprekspartner en vlotte onderhandelaar, met het vermogen om duurzame relaties uit te bouwen, zowel intern als extern
  • Dynamische en positieve ingesteldheid, met een grote mate van zelforganisatie en verantwoordelijkheidszin
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands; kennis van het Frans is een belangrijk pluspunt
