Voor onze klant, een stabiel en groeiend bedrijf met internationale uitstraling in de regio Antwerpen, zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Fleet & Mobility Manager.

Je komt terecht in een informele, no-nonsense cultuur met een hecht team. Dit bedrijf helpt klanten om hun mobiliteit efficiënter, flexibeler en duurzamer te maken. Van traditionele bedrijfswagens tot alternatieve vervoersoplossingen – jij helpt klanten het maximale uit hun mobiliteitsbeleid te halen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je geeft samen met klanten inhoud aan hun mobiliteitsbeleid en voert dit operationeel uit
  • Je beheert wagenparken en managet alternatieve vormen van vervoer zoals e-bikes, openbaar vervoer en vakantieauto's
  • Je zorgt voor een perfecte balans tussen klant en leverancier
  • Je onderhandelt sterke inkoopvoorwaarden voor operationele leasing op basis van jouw expertise
  • Je analyseert en optimaliseert processen samen met je collega's om meer waarde te leveren
  • Je stuurt de commerciële binnendienst efficiënt aan en superviseert hun werk
  • Je draagt bij aan een hoge klanttevredenheid door proactieve opvolging en service
  • Je werkt continu aan verbeteringen in processen en dienstverlening
  • Je communiceert helder met zowel klanten als leveranciers over mobiliteitsoplossingen
  • Je helpt klanten om werknemerstevredenheid te verhogen, uitstoot te verminderen en kosten te verlagen
  • Bachelor-diploma
  • Ervaring met operationele leasing en wagenparkbeheer is een must
  • Eerste ervaring in sales achter de rug
  • Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Relevante ervaring binnen de automotive sector
  • Doelgerichte en oplossingsgerichte instelling
  • Je voelt je thuis in teamverband maar kunt ook uitstekend zelfstandig werken
  • Je neemt graag initiatief, vooral in continu verbetertrajecten
  • Financieel accuraat en gedetailleerd in je werk
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden naar klanten en collega's
  • Sociale skills om mensen te helpen en te adviseren
