Dit vette marketingbureau zit op de bovenste verdieping van een mooi kantoorpand in Breda, super mooi uitzicht dus! De jonge ambitieuze sfeer is voelbaar en het bedrijf blijft maar groeien. Hoe? Door MKB bedrijven verder te helpen met goede kwaliteit online marketing. Zij hebben een leger aan SEO specialisten klaarstaan, nu de opdrachten nog! Als fulltime accountmanager ga jij potentiële bedrijven binnen hengelen. Dit doe je door afspraken te maken met bedrijven door heel Nederland. Afspraken komen niet aanwaaien, daarom doe je veel acquisitie, hierin word je al snel een kei. Commerciële gesprekken voeren en eigenaren bewust maken van jullie succesvolle online marketing dienst, dit wordt een spelletje voor jou! Op het begin krijg je veel persoonlijke begeleiding en handvatten om het koud bellen onder de knie te krijgen. Het is echt learning on the job en je hebt erg behulpzame collega's om je heen. De eerste 8 weken zal vooral een inwerktraject worden op kantoor. Gedurende die 8 weken ben je fulltime bezig met acquisitie. Na die 8 weken ga je ook zelf op pad. Je rijdt naar de potentiële klant, gaat het gesprek aan en probeert het contract te sluiten. Je zal drie dagen per week aan het bellen zijn en twee dagen onderweg zijn in je eigen auto naar de afspraken. Wie ben jij? Je hebt ervaring met het doen van veel koude acquisitie. Daarnaast hebt affiniteit met online marketing, ben je commercieel ingesteld en heb je je woordje klaar. Targets halen is voor jou niets nieuws en hier krijg je energie van.
