Wij zoeken voor onze vestiging in Alkmaar een collega met relevante commerciële ervaring en technische affiniteit voor de functie van Accountmanager. FunctiebeschrijvingBij Oosterberg krijg je de ruimte en de tijd om échte relaties op te bouwen met de klanten in jouw regio. 'Scoren' is zeker geen vies woord, maar we gaan nooit (alleen) voor de snelle deal. Het is juist de uitdaging om de vraag áchter de vraag te ontdekken. Als iemand een bestelling plaatst, pak je de gelegenheid aan om het gesprek aan te gaan, advies te geven en te wijzen op commerciële en technische kansen. Waarbij je overigens altijd kunt terugvallen op de technische expertise van de Binnendienst om te overleggen wat technisch en zakelijk gezien de beste oplossingen zijn. Cross selling is wat ons betreft niet alleen een manier om meer omzet te maken, maar ook om je klant nóg beter van dienst te zijn met een totaalpakket dat perfect aansluit bij zijn project. Je begrijpt, we gaan voor de langetermijn relatie, waarbij je overigens alle vrijheid krijgt om zelf je eigen commerciële stijl te hanteren.
