Als Accountmanager ben je een belangrijke speler in de commerciële ontwikkeling. Je zorgt voor de verkoop van onze oplossingen en diensten aan bedrijven met 50 tot 300 werknemers en bouwt tegelijkertijd duurzame relaties op met uw klanten.

Voor ons Nederlandstalige team, zijn wij op zoek naar 2 Account Managers voor de volgende regio:

  • Antwerpen, Oost Vlaanderen
  • West Vlaanderen, Vlaams Brabant/Brussel, Zuid Antwerpen

Jouw missie: ons Sales team versterken door ons marktaandeel te vergroten door oplossingen met een hoge toegevoegde waarde aan te bieden die aansluiten bij de strategische behoeften van onze klanten.

Wat verwachten we van jou ?

  • Je prospecteert actief jouw marktsegment volgens de vastgestelde commerciële strategie.
  • Je presenteert ons bedrijf, onze missie en ons dienstenaanbod.
  • Je analyseert de behoeften van potentiële klanten en werkt samen met de interne teams aan passende oplossingen.
  • Je stelt gestructureerde commerciële offertes op, presenteert en verdedigt deze, en onderhandelt binnen het vastgestelde kader.
  • Je bouwt een klantenportefeuille op door middel van regelmatige bezoeken en persoonlijke opvolging.
  • Je zorgt voor de operationele opvolging van klantenaanvragen in samenwerking met de interne teams.
  • Je neemt actief deel aan de commerciële ontwikkeling door middel van een resultaat- en rendementsgerichte aanpak.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Wie ben jij als Accountmanager?

  • Je hebt idealiter minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een functie als Account Manager in de HR consultancy- en/of HR outsourcingsector.
  • Je hebt een strategische visie en bent in staat om een businessplan op te stellen en uit te voeren.
  • Je hanteert een oplossingsgerichte verkoopaanpak, gericht op de behoeften van de klant.
  • Je bent een geboren verkoper, resultaatgericht en gericht op bedrijfsontwikkeling.
  • Je neemt initiatief, bent gedreven, zelfstandig en volhardend.
  • Je houdt ervan om te werken in een dynamische en collaboratieve omgeving.
  • Je hebt een C2-niveau Nederlands en een goed begrip van het Frans (A2).
