De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Accountmanager B2B:

  • Uitbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame relaties met bestaande B2B-klanten.
  • Actief prospecteren en nieuwe klanten aantrekken binnen Antwerpen, Limburg en Nederland.
  • Detecteren van commerciële opportuniteiten binnen verschillende sectoren.
  • Analyseren van klantbehoeften en deze vertalen naar oplossingen op maat.
  • Adviseren van klanten over innovatieve en duurzame etiketten- en verpakkingsoplossingen.
  • Onderhouden van contacten met onder andere aankoopverantwoordelijken, projectleiders en marketeers.
  • Zelfstandig plannen en voorbereiden van klantenbezoeken.
  • Actief opvolgen van prospects en commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Opmaken en opvolgen van offertes en bestellingen.
  • Correct registreren en beheren van commerciële informatie in het ERP-systeem.
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega's van interne sales, productie en logistiek.
  • Op de hoogte blijven van producten, marktontwikkelingen en nieuwe toepassingen.
  • Bouwen aan langdurige partnerships en commerciële groei bij jouw klanten.

  • Beschikt over een sterke commerciële ingesteldheid en krijgt energie van B2B-sales.
  • Communicatief sterk en weet gemakkelijk professionele relaties op te bouwen.
  • Kan de behoeften van klanten analyseren en vertalen naar concrete oplossingen.
  • Proactief en zelfstandig ingesteld.
  • Beschikt over het nodige doorzettingsvermogen om actief nieuwe klanten te benaderen.
  • Laat je niet ontmoedigen wanneer prospectie niet onmiddellijk resultaat oplevert.
  • Plant en organiseert zelfstandig jouw commerciële activiteiten en klantenbezoeken.
  • Werkt nauwkeurig bij de opvolging van offertes, bestellingen en klantinformatie.
  • Werkt graag samen met collega's van verschillende afdelingen.
  • Collegiaal en empathisch in de omgang met klanten en collega's.
  • Ervaring in B2B-sales is een sterke troef.
  • Ervaring binnen etiketten of verpakkingen is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
  • Bereid om klanten te bezoeken in Antwerpen, Limburg en Nederland.
