Ben jij een gedreven commerciële professional die nieuwe klanten weet te overtuigen en langdurige relaties weet op te bouwen? Voor een dynamische dienstverlener zoeken wij een Business Development Manager die verantwoordelijk is voor het identificeren van commerciële kansen en het realiseren van duurzame groei.

Wat je doet In deze rol bouw je actief aan nieuwe klantrelaties en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige traject van prospectie tot contractsluiting. Je werkt nauw samen met de commerciële en business development leidinggevenden en fungeert als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor potentiële klanten.

Je dagelijkse werkzaamheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Het proactief benaderen van nieuwe klanten en het uitwerken van offertes die leiden tot nieuwe contracten.
  • Het presenteren van diensten aan klanten, zowel binnen jouw entiteit als het volledige dienstenaanbod van de organisatie.
  • Het opbouwen en onderhouden van een professioneel netwerk via verschillende kanalen zoals LinkedIn, businessclubs, sectorbeurzen en bedrijfsnetwerken.
  • Het analyseren van markttrends en klantbehoeften en daarop inspelen met slimme oplossingen en alternatieven.
  • Het behandelen van offertes en aanbestedingen, inclusief publieke aanbestedingen en heronderhandelingen waar nodig.
  • Het regelmatig updaten van CRM-systemen en het actief deelnemen aan commerciële overleggen.

Je bent werkzaam binnen een afgebakend geografisch gebied, waarbij je de vrijheid hebt om jouw activiteiten strategisch te plannen.

  • Een commerciële professional met een ondernemende mindset: je ziet kansen, luistert naar klanten en weet deze om te zetten in resultaten.
  • Een relatiebouwer en netwerker, die continu nieuwe contacten legt en bestaande relaties versterkt.
  • Een onderhandelaar in hart en nieren: je durft deals te sluiten en bent resultaatgericht.
  • Zelfstandig en proactief, maar je functioneert ook uitstekend in een teamomgeving.
  • Analytisch sterk, comfortabel met cijfers en in staat om strategische beslissingen te onderbouwen met data.
  • Enthousiast en flexibel, met oog voor marktontwikkelingen en commerciële kansen.
