Wij zijn reseller van de grootste merken in fatbikes, e-bikes, sloten en

onderdelen. Wij hebben het assortiment, de voorraad en de marges. Wat we niet

hebben, is genoeg mensen die het verkopen.

Daar kom jij binnen.

Je krijgt een bestaand klantenbestand dat veel te weinig oplevert, een pijplijn

met warme leads die niemand goed opvolgt, en een markt die harder groeit dan

wij hem kunnen bijhouden. Wat jij ermee doet, bepaal jij.

Taken Nieuwe accounts binnenhalen:

- Je haalt nieuwe zakelijke afnemers binnen: fietsenwinkels, dealers, webshops

en zakelijke klanten

- Je jaagt zelf: koud bellen, LinkedIn, beurzen, langs de deur. Je wacht niet

tot iemand jou belt

- Je krijgt ook warme leads. Die zijn een voorsprong, geen excuus om achterover

te leunen

Bestaande accounts laten groeien:

- Je pakt het bestaande klantenbestand op en haalt eruit wat erin zit

- Je verbreedt: een klant die alleen sloten afneemt, moet ook fietsen afnemen

- Je verhoogt frequentie en ordergrootte. Elke klant kan meer

Kansen zien en pakken:

- Je signaleert welke merken, modellen of onderdelen aanslaan en waar we ze

missen

- Je komt met voorstellen: nieuwe segmenten, nieuwe deals, nieuwe afspraken

- Je onderhandelt zelf over prijzen en condities, binnen jouw margeruimte

Eigenaarschap:

- Je beheert je eigen pijplijn in ons CRM. Wij willen zien wat je doet

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor jouw omzet én jouw marge

- Je rapporteert direct aan de directie. Geen tussenlagen

Vereisten - Je bent een closer. Je haalt voldoening uit een getekende order, niet uit een

goed gesprek

- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in B2B sales met eigen omzetverantwoordelijkheid

bij voorkeur in retail, wholesale, techniek, automotive of fiets

- Je hebt aantoonbaar nieuwe klanten binnengehaald. Niet "meegewerkt aan", maar

zelf gedaan. In het gesprek vragen we naar cijfers
