Vanuit ons team werken we dagelijks voor een mooie groep vaste klanten die we adviseren, verrassen en ondersteunen bij uiteenlopende waarderingsmomenten. We zijn op zoek naar een accountmanager die bestaande relaties verder uitbouwt en nieuwe kansen weet te signaleren. Wat ga je doen? Je bent een vast aanspreekpunt voor klanten en denkt mee over passende oplossingen. Je bouwt aan duurzame relaties en zorgt ervoor dat klanten prettig en professioneel worden geholpen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Beheren en onderhouden van bestaande klantrelaties - Ontvangen van klanten in onze showroom - Adviseren over onze cadeau- en kerstconcepten - Uitwerken van offertes en klantaanvragen - Samenwerken met collega's aan lopende projecten - Signaleren van commerciële kansen binnen bestaande relaties - Acquireren van nieuwe klanten - Beheren en bijhouden van het CRM-systeem - Op peil houden van product- en marktkennis Wie zoeken wij? Je bent zelfstandig, communicatief sterk en voelt je prettig in een omgeving waar veel klantcontact centraal staat. Je kunt goed schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en houdt het overzicht, ook wanneer het druk is.
