Vacature Accountmanager New Business - beheerkantoren - Hilversum of grotendeels op afstand - 3 tot 5 dagen per week - Freelance of in dienst Over VvE.nl VvE.nl is het grootste platform voor Verenigingen van Eigenaars in Nederland. Naast het platform bouwen wij de beheersoftware waarmee inmiddels ruim 1.000 VvE's worden beheerd, van kleine zelfbeherende VvE's tot professionele beheerkantoren. Wij zijn klein, snel en zonder managementlagen: je werkt rechtstreeks met de oprichter. De ambitie is helder: naar 5.000 VvE's. De belangrijkste route daarheen loopt via beheerkantoren, en daar zoeken we jou voor. Wat je gaat doen Je pakt het volledige commerciële traject richting beheerkantoren: - Kantoren selecteren en benaderen, telefonisch, per mail en via je eigen netwerk - Kennismakingsgesprekken voeren en achterhalen waar het in hun huidige situatie schuurt - Onze software presenteren, toegespitst op hun portefeuille - Voorstellen uitbrengen en deals sluiten - Meedenken over positionering en propositie. Wat je in de markt hoort, komt direct terug in het product Je werkt zelfstandig, maar niet alleen: de oprichter draait mee in de inhoudelijke gesprekken zolang dat waarde toevoegt. Er ligt bovendien al een pipeline met warme kantoren, dus je begint niet bij nul. Wie we zoeken - Ervaring in de VvE-wereld is een sterke pre, als beheerder, bij een softwareleverancier of bij een dienstverlener die aan VvE's levert. Snap je splitsingsakte, MJOP en ALV zonder uitleg, dan heb je een streepje voor - Aantoonbare ervaring met new business in een B2B-omgeving - Je kunt zelfstandig een agenda vullen; wachten op leads werkt hier niet - Je bent inhoudelijk sterk genoeg om zelf de software te presenteren aan een beheerder met 200 VvE's - Ondernemend ingesteld, je haalt voldoening uit resultaat Wat we bieden - Freelance of in dienst, 3 tot 5 dagen per...
