Vanzelfsprekend mag je wel naar buiten als de situatie daarom vraagt, maar zal je voornamelijk op kantoor je werkzaamheden uitvoeren. Geen dag is hetzelfde en juist samenwerken met je enthousiaste en gezellige collega's maakt je gelukkig en succesvol. In deze uitdagende en zelfstandige binnendienstfuncties word je verantwoordelijk voor je eigen groep relaties en beheer je het totale verkoopproces, waarbij je zoekt naar en contact legt met nieuwe en bestaande klanten, je offertes uitwerkt en na belt. Je houdt op accurate wijze klantgegevens en klantendossiers bij. Je maakt gebruik van de Webshop, de database van Spandex en bent vaak eerste aanspreekpunt voor zowel klanten, relaties en de interne afdelingen. Je loopt niet weg voor een stukje telefonische acquisitie en je enthousiasme en passie vult het salesteam van Spandex prima aan. Wat ga je doen? • Het adviseren van klanten en het uitbouwen van de klantrelatie • Uitwerken van prijsvoorstellen, prijslijsten en offertes • Samenstellen en up-to-date houden van jouw eigen rayon • Verantwoordelijk voor het halen van de groeidoelstelling in marge en omzet • Verwerken en monitoren bestellingen in SAP • Registeren van bel-verslagen in SalesForce.
